There will be no sales pressure on you at any time. Hot property in Spain however, sells very quickly, so you must be prepared to act decisively if you want to buy something special.

We take care of all the arrangements including flights. We pay for food, accomodation and transportation – all we ask you to do is initially cover the cost of your low cost flights. If you buy a Spanish property through Villas in Spain, we will refund the cost of your flight after payment of your property deposit.

We agree an itinerary with you. We are happy to include visits to schools, medical facilities, or other areas of interest, as buying a home in Spain is not simply about finding a property. The trip is accompanied and tailored to your individual needs based on our discussions with you.
